Oil Nudes

In doing so much life drawing, the natural extension is to select the best and most natural poses in oils. I’m fairly new to working on large canvases in oil and it’s thrown up some interesting challenges (and I’m always one for a challenge). Every painting is a learning curb and although I prefer the alla prima approach to painting, working on a full figure can be very rewarding.
